On Monday the recent snow produce sluffing in steep terrain and a few small, isolated wind slabs.
A layer of surface hoar on a crust is on the surface or buried by up to 10 cm of recent low density snow. The exception to this is exposed alpine features that have been wind scoured.
The mid and lower snowpack is well settled.
