Skied between 1750m and 2370m. HS ranged from 60cm to 1m. 10-30cm of facets overlie the November 15/16 crust (5-10cm, knife). The crust was supportive and present at ridge top. Widespread wind effect in the alpine, in sheltered areas preserved powder rode well. Moist snow was observed on south slopes up to 2000m.
The snowpack at this low elevation, sun exposed aspect had a 2cm crust layer with an apparent weaker layer about 65cm down.
