Went for a walk through the bumps and conditions were as anticipated with warm, heavy, slow snow. Sky was generally overcast or obscured & light rain began around 1430h on our way back to the resort. Air temp was +4 Quick pit in the lee at 1800m provided CTE8 SP down 20cm on some recently buried windslab. No results on the facet-crust layer which we found 50cm deep. Small size 1 natural on cowboy ridge.
