Large crowns observed from hankin 8a

Skied runs 8 and 8a at hankin today. At the top of the Ridge above the runs we could see 2 large crowns in the steep north facing bowls at the back of Opal Ridge. We were standing 6km away so it was tough to gauge depth of slab or width of propagation, but they must have been large to be visible from that distance.
