Lots of evidence of recent loose wet avalanches triggered by the sun and warm temps over the last few days up the Blue North zone. The cold nights refroze the snow into a thick hard crust so if you're planning on heading in be prepared for a lot of overheating for sleds. A widespread surface hoar layer is growing on top of the crust and will likely form a bad weak layer once it's buried by enough new snow. We also saw one size 2 wind slab out of a high alpine south east facing slope.
