Playin' Around Roundtop

<p>The recent rain from a couple days ago had minimal effect on the Yanks area only extending up to around 1300m. It's quite crusty below that elevation now, but above theres lots of fun riding to be found. The best riding was in the trees where the wind hadnt touched the powder. There are a couple of spooky weak layers to watch out for though, we found the mid-February facets down 50cm (ECTP 29), and the early Feb surface hoar down 115cm (CTH 21 SP).  There are also fresh windslabs on north and east facing slopes near ridgetops that will likely take a few days to bond. Due to all these different avalanche problems and weak layers we mostly stuck to the fun riding in the trees and avoided any steep terrain.</p>
