We ski toured up Oxo Peak, enjoying calm conditions throughout the trip. No wind slabs were felt underfoot. However, travel was rugged, with rocks, branches, and logs protruding from the snowpack. At 2,500m, the snowpack depth measured 90cm. A snow profile revealed a crust layer about 20 cm above the ground, likely the October crust. No avalanches were observed.
