East of Mt. Reesor

Skied the NE facing bowl 3.5 km east of Mt. Reesor. Dug a quick pit near the base of the slopes. Hs 175 cm. 5 cm quality powder from last night on light suncrust. February crust layer 65 cm down, 35 cm of facets at base. CTH on facets above 65 cm crust, with sudden collapse. Climbed up on ridge feature, and skied simple terrain.
