trip to Russet lake huts

Saw a natural slab size 1 or 1.5 out behind Russet ridge in the afternoon. Hard to estimate crown, maybe 1 foot. Heard of a human triggered avy behind cowboy ridge, size unknown. snow was nice fluffy powder. some thinning on wind exposed steep faces to a hard base.
