Thick crust

Found a 10cm crust breakable at times with boots. Graupel under crust and surface hoar on top 2-3mm. We dug a pit and found moderate to hard compression test results, down 63cm on surface hoar size 2-3mm, sudden planer. No results on ECT, HS 140-190cm.
