Mt Sprott

Was snowing heavily from around 11am-2pm. Around 20-30 cm storm snow on hard rain/ice crust. Skied NW slopes from the summit. No signs of instability but we avoided steep slopes. Tried to ski cut smaller convexities but nothing was forming a cohesive slab. May be a different story with added snow overnight and rising freezing level.
