Slab hunting in Allan Creek

<p>Saw one small recent size 1 slab avalanche, most likely triggered today (see photo with rider). This was on a north aspect at 2200 m.
Other photos show a couple of older slabs, most likely naturals from the previous storm event 5 days ago or so.
Loose wet avalanche activity was evident on steep solar aspects.
Hard to find dry soft snow - there’s a little left on the highest north aspect slopes. </p>

Alpine slopes, Convex slopes, Steep slopes.
Avalanche Conditions
Rapid temperature rise to near zero degrees or wet surface snow.
Snow Conditions
Crusty, Heavy, Hard.
