7th Heaven Snow Report

Quick observations * anything under 1800m is effected by thaw and freeze cycles * 1800 to 2000. Okay riding quality. Changes from dyst on crust to soft snow to crust/hard pack * snow quality better over 2000m. Very low vis was a challenge * conditions very similar to the weekend before with the main change that the lower part changed from heavy wet snow to a bumpy, crusty ride. * snow depth between 55 cm in exposed areas to 100cm in sheltered areas * sheltered, open trees offered the best riding quality * no signs of recent avalanche activity
