Demon Peak Trail

<p>We were able to drive up to the Watersprite Winter Parking Lot. Skinned up the winter trail to Watersprite meadows. Temps already increasing in the sun with snow melting off the trees by 10:00 a.m. Evidence of SH 2-3mm in the meadow. Traversed up to the summer trail and wrapped around the west ridge. Experienced whumping and shooting cracks on both the summer Watersprite Trail and the Demon Peak Trail (South and West aspects) Pinwheeling observed on all South and West aspects throughout the day. Watersprite winter trail is in good skinning condition. Watersprite Summer Trail, not so much. Many creek crossings, alder bashing along the way</p>
