Wolverine

First ride into Wolverine. HS variable 155-180cm Rode from 1250-1400M, freezing level was somewhere in the middle. Snow was setting up good for putting trails in. Limited visibility but snow was starting to drift with higher winds today. Great start to the season, bring on the snow! Had a failure down 25cm in the easy range at CTE 2, Sudden Collapse. This layer was reactive on the steep creek walls, producing shooting cracks and failing in pieces ~2 in size. Most Recent storm snow. Had another failure down 70cm in the moderate range at CTM15, Sudden Planar. This layer didn't react while sled cutting the creek walls. Did not perform ECT.
