Snow was mostly ridden in most low slope open treed areas, finding long stretches of fresh was tough. Some good fresh lines were found in the denser trees. Some riders were tempting the large north facing alpine slope. Which was beginning to get tracked with no visible slides.
Completed a Rutschblock Test at 2150m with 22 degree Slope, failure occurred during jumping at the Centre of the block about 40 cm down. Snow depth was 140 cm. Faceting low down appears to be starting to bond together and was not loose. Compression test was completed at bottom of the slope 1995m with very good results but may have been previously ridden over. Cohesion of all layers appeared quite good, 35 degree slope.
