Musical Bumps

Wind slab on N and NE facing slopes. Small natural avalanches have been partially buried by 10-15 cm of snow above 1800m. Snow turns from lighter powder in the alpine to heavy powder at TL and rain affected with breakable crust BTL at about 1800m. Riding quality was surprisingly good above TL at Oboe and Flute. No instabilities noticed on the uphill and downhill. Visible lines created by the rain at lower elevations at Oboe and Cowboy Ridge
