Rode Miday NE on Sunday since all S facing slopes had a considerable MF crust. Overall the riding was good with old, low density, "crystally" snow surface. We saw no signs of instability and rode steep, open, and sparsely spaced trees. Surface hoar was present in sheltered areas and a thick MF crust was present on S aspects.
