Anderson Hut

Nov 30 - Dec 1 at Anderson Hut - air temperature ranged from -12 to -6 C. Light ridgetop winds at 1350m over the course of the weekend. 50-80cm of well settled snow at treeline. Surface hoar 5-10mm (est.) observed on all aspects at treeline and low alpine. 2cm snow accumulation with light alpine wind and light snow occurring Dec 1. Ski conditions were excellent. Our group was cautious of early season hazards (rocks, open water, shallow snowpack).
