Busy Day in Mongolia

Pretty busy day in Mongolia today, maybe 30 people out, saw some Senders givin’r all over the show and no drama to report. We stuck to mellow slopes on the shoulders of Mongolia and Outer Mongolia ridges and found great boot top powder above the Boxing Day rain crust… low angle meant we missed it on every turn! Best snow was on a W face around 1900m. Backed off of the steeper SE face dropping into the next bowl over because we got spooked by some blocks jumping out on us while skinning above an already set track… failed above the rain crust, not on it, with some slab like qualities. Unicorn type day with no wind, mild temps, good people and good legs.
