Cleaning up Harltey lake road

The FSA received reports that the Hartley lake road was buried just above the lake. The slab thickness was tough to tell as it started in thick trees, some places went down to dirt other places had snow left over. Observations were made from inside the cat. Debris on the road was 1 to 2.5m deep and went down the other side of the road.
