Chockstone Couloir

Went to check on Chockstone Couloir today. The snow is really good and powdery from 2000m and in the whole area around Rockbound and Tower lakes. The couloir itself had a great snowpack and perfect conditions. 20-30cm of fresh snow sitting on a at least 1.20m hard consolidated snowpack (we didn't dig more and didn't touch the bottom). It skied amazing and was super stable and solid. Sunny/cloudy day with zero wind. -2°C at the car but felt colder once out of the trees up there.
