Fraser chutes powder turns. Snowing most of the day. -2C. Light South winds. At 1200m elevation snow depth averages 100 cm. Recent 40 cm storm snow settling with little wind effect in subalpine. Moderate hand shear down 40cm. No cracking or whumphing. No avalanche observed. Excellent early season ski conditions.
