Quick Observation
Great skiing up high. Terrible down low. Challenge was finding the sweet spot between wind affected snow in the alpine and heavy wet stuff at treeline. Below treeline was refrozen after the rain and had 1-2cm of new snow on the supportive crust. Observed a small wind slab that was kicked off by a skier near Stadium Glacier. Some large size 2+ natural avalanches came off the Nai Couloirs in the Ledge Basin I'd guess in the last few days (but probably not today). Can ski all the way to the S2S gondola.
