Fraser Chutes

Plan A was to ski Big Kahuna but as we worked our way to Bryant lake the visibility started to deteriorate and the wind picked up. Blowing strong and lake level and ripping off the ridges of Fraser peak. We tucked tail and headed to Fraser chutes. We skinned to 1300m on the ridge and were seeing some shooting cracks and could feel slabs underneath us, terrain was getting steeper so we turned around there and headed down. -13c when we left the road at 1130, and -4c when we got back to the truck a 1530. Snow at lower elevations was quite wet by the time we were leaving. Sticking to ski bases and skins.
