More Mear Pow !

The snowpack at Mear is building, however its only at 80 cm of full depth (HS). Those ESH (early season hazards ….. yeah, just made up that acronym) are definitely still in play. At treeline and below we saw no signs of instability, and had no significant results in our snowpack tests. We didn’t see much of the alpine due to cloud, but the little we glimpsed showed significant wind-scouring. Relative warm winter continues, with +2 at staging at 1300m; -2 at 2000 m Access grooming is great, thanks @rideelkford !! Super fun day …. saw a horse !
