Flatiron snow conditions

Hiked up to the ridge between Needle and Flatiron. Temp ~0C. Snow depth variable, about 40cm on average at 1812m. FP 30cm. Plenty of wind transport creating drifts up to 80cm deep. Wind effect on some aspects creating a firm breakable crust. Winds variable gusting to 25kph. Snow line at 1500m.
