Suns out

20-30cm of new snow in last 24hrs. Closer to 10cm at the weather station/parking. Sun out all day. South facing slopes pinwheeling. Most aspects provided large variety of wind scour and presses. Best skiing was on north aspects. Probed 210cm in sheltered terrain. Base varied with ridges and wind scour being shallow.

Easterly winds gusting at ridge line and around 2000m upwards. Warming temps throughout day with pinwheeling on south aspects.
