Quick Observation
Evidence of slides from the last storm cycle was impressive near the S2S Gondola. In addition to the Sz3 reported yesterday (which ran from near the top of Sky Pilot all the way down to ~1300m) we saw a Sz2.5 below the saddle on the N side of the Copilot. There was evidence of several Sz1-2 slides elsewhere as well. We jumped on several smaller steep slopes and couldn't get anything to move today, but stayed away from anything consequential. Small surface hoar was growing on the surface and survived the day on polar aspects. Snow stayed cold and wintry on polar aspects down to around 1000m. Anything that saw significant sun had crusted over by the end of the day.
