Cowboy Ridge Avalanche

Spotted an obviously skier triggered size 1.5 off of Cowboy Ridge (see photo). Approx time of avvy was 2pm, in full Sun. Based on conditions in the area, crown was approx 30cm of recent storm snow releasing at interface with hard crust underlaying recent snow. No significant wind slabs observed on Cowboy, Apostles, or Oboe on both E and W aspects. No other avalanche activity observed.
