Quick Observation
We had a bluebird day at feather peak with an inversion (-17 at pull out and and 0 degrees at the saddle of feather bowl). We observed 2 size 2 avalanches just above outhouse parking lot (see 1st photo) and 1 size 2 also on a north face about 20-30 mins into our skin to feather (see second photo). All 3 looked like they were wet avalanches. Snow was just shy of boot top powder on top of a supportive crust with some areas of slightly wind affected (grabby) snow at lower elevations, but generally great ski quality. Other than the old avalanches (which we were guesing were from the Jan 29th warm spell, but can't say for sure) we had no signs of instability and great turns today.
