Snowy day in the Jimmy Jr Trees today. 25 cm of recent storm snow over the Dec 17 layer, producing moderate to low-end results with stability tests. Snow depth of 120 cm. Unconsolidated deep facets made for a weaker snowpack and difficult uptracking. Saw a size 2 avalanche starting from above the lookers right of Jimmy Jr bowl, coming down into the ski line.
