NW end of White Pass

Our group travelled up to the Alpine, and the summit was unsurprisingly rocky and windy. Skiing low angle gullies from the alpine summit provided well supported fast buckle top pow. A breakable crust was found at ~1600. Rime? Overall the East facing slope was mid boot powder, felt supportive and rode very good. ECTX: In open tree line glade (~30° slope, 1235 m), 145 cm snowpack depth, Dec 4th crust found at 64 cm, with associated decomposing facets.
