Quick Observation

Another great day up the Duffey! We skinned up via the very brushed in upper road (would not recommend) and then gained the ridge and traversed our way up! Approx 10cm fresh. South solar aspects were definitely feeling the effects of the sun and warmer temps, so expect a melt freeze to be forming on those. Shaded and northern aspects were bomber though. We rode Lazinees Boy and it was amazing! No signs of instability and boot top pow! Could see the wind affected snow up higher as well as some scoured areas down by the lake exposing some pretty nasty sharks. Still not quite enough coverage to ride the boulder field all the way down! Overall another wild day!
