Tszil Peak

Group of 4 up Tszil on Saturday January 11th. The valley between Taylor and Tszil was significantly wind affected as was most of the snow up the to Tszil peak. Tszil Glacier skied quite well and was less wind effected than the lower valley. No whumphing, drum like sounds, or shooting cracks observed but we did see a couple sz 1 failures near rock outcrops on our way up - looked to be 5-10cm wind slab failure. Size 1 debris observed on our way out from a steep feature running off Slalok. We spaced out significantly on our way up, found safe spots, and tried avoiding convexities where possible given the recent reports
