Christmas Gully

The backcountry around Cypress resort was surprisingly good today. The layer of powder made skinning and skiing enjoyable. The entrance to Christmas Gully is wind-loaded and cracked off under the weight of skiers. We dug a pit just below the entrance and snowpack photo is attached.
