Snowshoed to Shipyard and Titanic on south side of Babcock. Saw a size 2 natural release (cornice collapse) north of the Terminator. The slab propagated laterally from the trigger point. Dug quick pit at Titanic on south facing slope. Hs 135 cm. Light suncrust 10 cm down, from Monday's warm weather. February crust at 35 cm, basal facets at 115 cm to ground. Moderate shear and compression tests on 10 cm and 35 cm crusts, hard release on facets. South facing slopes warming fast in the sun.
