Mt Fernie wonder

We stayed in mellow terrain. We did begin to climb onto some steeper terrain however we immediately seen shooting cracks and evidence of the storm slab accumulating in the snowpack. We also noticed some loose wet natural avalanche evidence in the area. So decided to turn around.
