Wawa

Skinned up behind Wawa chair today, cloudy and snowing throughout the day. Rode ok, 5-10cm new snow on top of crust which was generally supportive. Surface snow was unconsolidated with no slab properties, so difficult to tell how it is adhering to the crust. Dug a pit on an NE face, 20deg slope at just under 2400m. Around 8cm new snow on top of crust, 50cm dense 1F midpack,then 20cm facets and another 20cm depth hoar. Several crusts throughout the pack. CT20 PC, down 65cm in the facet layer.
