Shames - No Dogs

Sun came out for a few minutes and was able to see many crowns in Thunderbowl to Sz 2. ESE aspect from 1500m-1000m. Suspect they ran on Tuesday during the storm and as well on the Dec 16 surface hoar layer. As well saw many small crowns below treeline in open trees. The fresh snow skied very well and was even skiable lower down where 10-15cm fresh was over the rain crust. Visibility limited, sky overcast, temp mild, wind calm, snowing less than a cm an hour through the day.
