We skied Mount McDonnell today. We had to wade the river, but it was not deep or challenging, even in the afternoon. We saw evidence of cornice failures on north aspects in the past few days, and loose wet on south aspects in the last few days. No activity today. North aspects had dry powder in the alpine, but were heavier/crusty in places at mid-elevation. East aspects were heavy/crusty at mid-elevation, but corn down low.
