Stormy day at Elfin lakes. wind from SW-W, about 20-30cm new snow throughout day, easing through the evening. Seems to be more snow than forecast, so the Mod-mod-low avy forecast should be taken with a grain of salt. CT12 down 80cm on crust / facet combo, SP. CTNR on second test. So - inconclusive but snow was good!
