Rode Frisby ridge today to the far end. The avalanche conditions reflect low danger. We did notice the widespread surface crust is starting to break down and soften above 2000 m, making for some OK riding where there are no old tracks. Thinking ahead, there is large surface hoar sitting on the snow surface at all elevations. This is something to keep in mind when the snow does start to fall and bury this layer. It will likely be the next concern.
