Vic Cole

Very little snow around 900m. 145cm at 1500m. 15cm of powder on top of a very well consolidated snowpack. Powder bonding well to this layer. Pretty good conditions early in the morning, but lots of crust around trees. Observed freezing level rising rapidly once the sun came up, with the trees starting to drop at 1500m by 9am.
