Grizzly lodge afternoon ride

Signs of older slab slides on the forestry road but nothing visible above tree line. Snow is very wind hardened and crusty and looks like it there may be a new problem surface layer in some spot when new snow comes. I observed a frozen surface crust layer of about 3 - 5 mm that would break into pizza sized slices if you tried to left it from underneath.
