Log cabin tour

New snow 5-10 cm. Heavy and wet below tree line, but firm underneath. Alpine- Heavy SWvwinds blasted exposed areas, and a variable wind crust exists. we skiid in the gullies where there was 5-10cm of windbuffed (descent) on a soft breakable crust that is moderately supported underneath. Skiable but keeps you on your toes. No obvious signs of instability.
