Pit dug on NW slope 120cm to ground Ct11 @ 15cm Ct15 @ 50cm w/ layer of hoar Frozen layer @ 100cm 5cm of wind slab on top Another party released a small avalanche on a N facing slope not far from our pit which coincided with our observations. It didn’t carry to valley bottom. Stuck to low angle trees which had some nice powder.
