White out on Blackcomb

We toured up Blackcomb glacier, skiied down Spearhead glacier and the Vista Bowl and exited via Decker Disease ridge col towards 7 Heaven ski lift. Snow was predominantly powder, with a ski penetration of 20cm. Ridge tops were wind scoured. We measured 2.6m snow depth on multiple locations on Spearhead glacier. The visibility was very low throughout the day with flurries. Ridge top winds were very strong. While exiting via Disease- Decker col we observed slabs on east, south-east facing aspects that broke apart while skiing through.
