Quick Observation

Sz 3 Sa in Hidden Bowl. Slide was trigger on a NE facing aspect by the last skier. Tracks enter skier right (see photo).

Avalanche Information

Sz 3 Sa on suspect Nov 16th PWL. Crown between 50 - 150 cm deep.

Incident

Party of four skiing in the Lake Louise backcountry. Three skiers skied the line one at a time and regrouped in a safe spot. The avalanche was triggered by the last party member approximately 3/4 of the way down the slope on a slight variation in terrain (minor convex roll). No involvement or injuries.
