Deep powder up on Paul Ridge but steeper slopes are likely to slide. Two melt freeze crusts were found after digging a snow pit. The first one was 40cm deep and the second was approx 70cm deep. An average shear occurred at the second melt freeze crust (70cm deep) during an ECT test with 8 hits from the elbow.
